I’m Nina Barnett—a comedian, actor, and event producer based in New York City. I’ve been performing since I was a kid growing up in North Carolina, and now I get to take the stage around the world. Whether I’m doing stand-up, acting, or hosting, my goal is always to bring people together—through laughter, shared experiences, and sometimes a little chaos.

Offstage, I’ve spent the last decade building businesses and creating experiences that connect people. I founded Grooop, a safety-focused tech startup, and now lead Trip Development and Sales at Beyond Adventures, curating one-of-a-kind travel experiences. I also produce comedy shows, live events, bridal showers, birthday parties and more through Nina Barnett Events, working with brands like Bumble, Loverboy, and Bucket Listers.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Acting from UNC-Chapel Hill, which means I can map out an event strategy or calculate the exact velocity of a thrown tomato. Either way, I’m here for a good time.
